1. Replace the clutch oil. The clutch does not return to its original position, possibly due to air in the clutch oil. It is recommended to go to a professional repair shop to replace the clutch oil and exhaust the air in the oil pipe.
2. Replace the return spring. The return spring of the clutch needs to be replaced due to the phenomenon of decreased elasticity caused by prolonged use.
3. Clean the return oil hole. There is a blockage in the return oil hole of the clutch oil pump, which may be due to the poor quality of the clutch oil itself and excessive impurities. You can check whether the clutch oil level is relatively dirty. If it is, it indicates that there is a quality problem. It is recommended to replace the clutch oil while cleaning the return oil hole.
4. The pedal travel is too large. It may also be due to the excessive travel of the clutch pedal itself. You can ask the maintenance personnel to adjust the pedal travel.
5. Inspect and repair the clutch cylinder. It is also possible that the clutch cylinder has malfunctioned, and professional maintenance personnel can be hired for inspection.
6. Adjust the separation fork shaft. The separation fork shaft may be stuck in the bearing hole of the flywheel housing and needs to be adjusted in a timely manner to allow it to rotate flexibly.
7. Calibration components. The clutch pull arm connected to the separation fork shaft end may be deformed or bent, and can be removed for correction or replaced directly.
8. Replace the pedal. It may be due to damage to the clutch pedal itself, which cannot be returned when pressed and needs to be replaced.
9. Replace the working cylinder. Severe wear of the working cylinder in the clutch system can also cause the pedal to fail to return, requiring replacement of the working cylinder.
